New Baby
Arrives
Jimmy Butler, pharmacist
at the Eagle Drug Store, was wearing a big broad
smile this week, said smile being carried in
celebration of a happy event. Yes, sir, Monday sure
was a happy day for Jimmy, who whistled a merry
tune the entire day. You see the stork paid a visit
to the Butler home and dropped off a baby boy,
weighing 9 pounds and 10 ounces, born to Mrs.
Butler, the former Myra Cairns, daughter of Mrs.
Zella B. Cairns of Library Place, at the Magee
Hospital, Pittsburgh, Monday morning. Mr. Butler
was born and reared here, moving to Sewickley six
years ago where he managed the Thrift Drug Co. the
Butlers returned to this city May 1, when Jim
assumed his new position at the Eagle Drug firm.
Incidentally, the new arrival marked the third
addition to the family, there being two other
girls. Mrs. Butler is getting along very
nicely.
