"Aged and infirm" says testator and "enfeebled of body"
Gives whole estate to beloved wife Elizabeth and at her death all real estate to the children of his son John P. Natcher in equal shares to them and their heirs forever.
Will made 29th July A.D. 1863

Petition for guardianship:
Came Rudisill Natcher minor Orphan child of Michael Natcher deceased makes his petition to the Court saying he is a minor above the age of 14 years and has no Guardian. The Court appointed Jeremiah Miller as Guardian over the person and estates of Rudisill Natcher son of Michael Natcher.

C.P. Humrich appeared as Administrator with the will attached of Rudisell Natcher later of Carlisle deceased. Said that decedent estate consisted of a two story frame and plaster house situated on the south side of West North street on lot 40x by thirty feet.
